xScion Solutions (xScion), a leading digital business transformation consultancy, today announced that it has appointed Mason Chaudhry as Chief Transformation Officer. Chaudhry, who previously served as xScion’s Chief Operating Officer, will help clients successfully tackle the complexities of enterprise transformations by leveraging new technologies, delivery methodologies and process reengineering. xScion provides Agile, Data and Enterprise Automation solutions to Financial Services, Association and Healthcare clients that bring quick, measurable results to incrementally achieve enterprise digital transformations.

“At xScion, we understand the internal challenges our clients regularly face as they navigate the numerous, complex initiatives of transformation,” said Alison Banziger, Founder and CEO of xScion. “As the most trusted solutions provider that both business and IT leaders turn to, we believe organizations should not just survive a transformation, but use it as a catalyst to thrive and achieve lasting success. Mason’s ability to understand these complex challenges and seamlessly guide the countless, incremental changes needed across business functions, emerging technologies and teams is an invaluable asset to both our clients and our organization. I’m excited for his future success and leadership as our new Chief Transformation Officer.”

Companies today are undergoing numerous initiatives across their enterprises to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience. As Chief Transformation Officer, Chaudhry will guide client leadership, practitioners and programs through this massive undertaking by shifting their mindset and actions into frequent, smaller transformations that require less money and time, while producing quicker results. His leadership is based on a deep understanding of the intersections of operations and advancements in process, technology and the workforce.

“Today’s organizations heavily invest in automation and new technologies to rapidly increase their value and speed to market,” said Chaudhry. “While this investment is essential to retain competitive advantage, businesses are rarely prepared to fully implement or utilize new tools. Helping our clients understand the new skillsets, process changes, organizational impacts and data implications across the enterprise is crucial to their transformation’s success. I look forward to working closely with client teams across the enterprise to ensure their evolution brings quick and lasting results.”

Chaudhry, with more than 20 years of transformation and change management experience in healthcare, federal and financial services industries, will lead xScion’s Data, Agile and Enterprise Automation solutions. He spearheaded the development of xScion’s Agile Adoption Maturity Model, which is designed to help organizations tackle the complexities of adopting, scaling and improving Agile practices across an enterprise. Chaudhry brings extensive expertise in helping organizations leverage best practices in development, management and delivery of projects and products in order to remain highly competitive in today’s ever-changing marketplace.
